When configuring KeyLink, if you get the error “File Select Failed!” followed by the location, you might have used the wrong application to open the config file. This can easily be done from within the application on certain Android devices.
Right Way:
Config
Click Menu in top-left
You’ll see Open From. Select the DEVICE(XPID or C-One or other), not the File Explorer or ES File Explorer application.
Then browse to the folder your config file is in.
