Telaeris, Inc. is a US-based software company, specializing in handheld and hands-free safety and physical security solutions to enhance access control and occupancy tracking systems. Telaeris’ XPressEntry is a hardware and software solution that seamlessly integrates with any industry-leading access control system, providing fixed, kiosk, and handheld devices capable of reading any badge technology, biometrics, and facial recognition.

About the Company
Telaeris, Inc. was founded in 2005 (05/03/2005) as a venture to provide products and solutions to companies in the areas of contactless smartcards and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). Since its inception, Telaeris has expanded to provide total solutions for access control, inventory management, asset control, and mobile application development. We do so by combining engineering and software development expertise with superior customer service and support.
Located in San Diego, California, Telaeris is a privately-owned corporation. Telaeris takes its name from the Greek root “tele” (for “distance”) and the Latin word “aer” (for “air”). The company name is pronounced “Tel-AIR-is”.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy
a) Should any of our goods prove defective or not as ordered. You must notify us within 30 days from receipt of the order. We have the option of inspecting the goods on your premises or taking the goods back in order to determine our obligation for replacement. However, we cannot allow for any claim for inspection or expenses incurred by you in using such goods.
b) If we make an error in entering, filling or shipping an order, the merchandise is returnable for full replacement and we will accept the return transportation charges, provided we are notified within 30 days of shipment. If reproduction of product is necessary, we will replace the defective merchandise at no charge based upon the actual quantity of product returned.
c) There will be no return for any reason accepted without prior authorization.
d) Customized products are not returnable if you have made an error in ordering.
e) Cancellation of an order accepted by Telaeris Inc. can be made only with our consent and upon terms that will indemnify Telaeris Inc. against loss.
f) We understand errors happen. If you do have to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do everything we can within our capability to attempt to try and stop the manufacturing process if at all possible.
Shipping policy
We have a standard 3-4 week shipping policy for customized products, but this can be extended to 6 weeks based on:
a) Size of order
b) Holiday interference (Christmas/New Year/Thankgiving/Chinese New Year)
Software and off the shelf hardware, RFID tags and barcode labels can usually be delivered with 1 week .

Management Structure
The Telaeris team is led by David Carta, PhD, CEO. Dr. Carta is backed by an experienced team of multi-disciplinary engineers. Telaeris’ software engineering group designs solutions for mobile devices, desktop applications, and data driven web applications. The hardware engineering group designs all of our security and RFID capable hardware devices as well as creating the firmware for each of the devices.
