In order to enable your XPID 100 device to manually transfer data via USB connection, for example if you want to manually update the latest XPressEntry/KeyLink mobile app. You will need to perform the following steps:
- Open the Cradle Switch app.
- Disable Communication Data.
- Reconnect your XPID 100 device to your computer.
- Then confirm you computer recognizes the connection to the device.
