How To Enable USB Transferring On The XPID 100

In order to enable your XPID 100 device to manually transfer data via USB connection, for example if you want to manually update the latest XPressEntry/KeyLink mobile app. You will need to perform the following steps:

 

  1. Open the Cradle Switch app.
  2. Disable Communication Data.
  3. Reconnect your XPID 100 device to your computer.
  4. Then confirm you computer recognizes the connection to the device.
