If you run into a “Handshake failed” message on the Android device, you may need a new XPressEntryService certificate depending on your version of Windows and security options. Please do the following.
- Download the powershell script attached, and unzip the file. updateXPressEntryServiceCert
Stop all XPressEntry applications and the Service
Run powershell as admin and navigate to the location of updateXpressEntryServiceCert
Run the powershell script.
- Start XPressEntry service and test.
