Warranty Policy

Scope

 

This Limited Warranty applies to Hardware, and only for Hardware, purchased from Telaeris, Inc. (the “Hardware”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Telaeris Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will Telaeris do to correct problems?

Telaeris, Inc. will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the non-working product with a comparable working product.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for new Hardware purchased from Telaeris Inc. is 400 days from the date of invoice from Telaeris, Inc. Replacement of an entire device or part does not extend the warranty period on said device or part. Warranty Renewals for existing Hardware previously purchased from Telaeris Inc. is 365 days from the date of invoice from Telaeris, Inc.

What does the limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Malfunctions or damage resulting from excessive drops, impact, physical abuse, or submersion in liquids.
  • Damage to the product resulting from unauthorized modification or opening of the product beyond battery replacement.

How to get warranty service?

To obtain warranty service, first contact Telaeris, Inc. to determine the problem and the most appropriate resolution. Please follow the steps below for warranty service:.

  1. Visit /helpdesk/ and fill out the requested information. Telaeris support will determine the best course of action up to providing an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, required prior to return any product for repair.
  2. If an RMA is issued, please be sure to follow all return instructions and provide all requested information.
  3. Telaeris, Inc. does not assume responsibility of RMA shipment costs to Telaeris, Inc. in San Diego, California, USA. Telaeris, Inc. will ship the equipment back at no cost to the customer.
