I am delighted to announce that Dick Clark, former CEO of SMI Global Ltd, has joined Telaeris as Vice President of EMEA Business Development and Strategy. I have known Dick for many years. He is an industry expert with significant physical security and access control experience. We are excited to have him join the Telaeris team.

The downside of this story is that SMI Global, our major competitor in the handheld badge validation and emergency mustering space, is no longer in business. This leaves existing SMI customers without a supported solution for the future. With Dick’s expertise on board, we were able to quickly update our XPressEntry solution to support all existing SMI hardware in the field.
