Sync Failing or Doors Showing Offline? Start Here

2 min read

XPressEntry synchronizes user, badge, and access-level data with your access control system (PACS) through a Data Manager connector. When a sync fails, partially fails, or completes but leaves doors/devices showing the wrong status, the cause is usually one of a handful of known, specific issues rather than a single general “sync problem.” Answer the questions below to find the right fix quickly.

Start with the exact error text #

If your sync log or an error dialog shows specific text, check the Known Sync Error Messages — Quick Reference first — it’s the fastest way to get to the right article.
